Client Success Assistant
Jessica Bishop is a Client Success Assistant at Healing Healthcare Systems. She is responsible for programming updates and client outreach, making sure all C.A.R.E. Channel programming is up to date and running smoothly. She enjoys connecting with each site and supporting these ongoing relationships. Because of her previous experience in the Radiology & Scheduling field, she understands the impact of a patient’s experience in a healthcare setting.
Jessica thrives through her support of others, shown by 10+ years of customer service and Executive Assistant experience. A graduate from Truckee Meadows Community College, she holds degrees in Education as well as Logistics Management. Understanding processes and making them more efficient is one of her greatest skills.
One of Jessica’s core values is living in alignment with the work she does. The therapeutic and healing environment that Healing Healthcare provides has proven itself to be a valuable tool and she is proud to support this service.
As a self-proclaimed “lifelong learner,” she invests her time in astrology, mental health, and fitness. She believes that what we take into our bodies and minds has a profound effect on our overall well-being. When she’s not behind the desk or a book, she’s doing a crossword, playing outside with her dog Lily, or finding creative ways to cook for her family.
