Celebrating 30 Years

This summer, Healing HealthCare Systems is celebrating its 30th anniversary, and 30 years of making a difference in the lives of patients, their families, and staff with our therapeutic nature and music programming.

First broadcast in 1992, The C.A.R.E. Channel was created by Susan E. Mazer, Ph.D. and Dallas Smith to deliver soothing music and nature imagery to hospital patients, to help them rest and recover.

Over many years of research, further education, growth, and feedback, Healing HealthCare Systems continued to innovate and expand C.A.R.E. Programming, adding new products like:

• C.A.R.E. with Guided Imagery
• C.A.R.E. Connect
• C.A.R.E. Select
• C.A.R.E. VRx
• Relax with C.A.R.E.

All while improving the quality of the programming, keeping up with the latest technology, and refining the evidence-based production standards being used.

C.A.R.E. Programming can now be seen in hospitals, clinics, and homes around the world and has been used to comfort and support millions of people.

Although much has changed over the last 30 years, Healing HealthCare Systems will continue the mission set forth by Susan and Dallas, to support a healing environment, and to influence, inspire, and enhance lives through C.A.R.E. Programming.
