18 of 82 Five-Star Hospitals Have C.A.R.E. Programming
January 24, 2017 — C.A.R.E.® Programming is being used in 18 of the 82 hospitals that received a five-star rating from CMS in December. Posted on the Hospital Compare website and reported by Becker’s Hospital Review, the overall rating summarizes up to 57 quality measures across seven areas of quality into a single star rating for each hospital.
“We congratulate all the hospitals that achieved the highest rating,” said Haydn Bertelson, Executive Vice President and COO of Healing HealthCare Systems. “But we are especially proud of the 18 hospitals that have chosen to provide C.A.R.E. Programming to help improve the quality of care for their patients.”
