Vaungaylyn Zarcone (von-GAY-lin zar-CONE-ee) is an Account Manager at Healing HealthCare Company. She develops and maintains relationships with hospitals, outpatient clinics, and healthcare facilities, helping them bring the healing benefits of C.A.R.E. Programming to patients, families, and staff.

Born and raised in Dayton, Nevada, Vaungaylyn grew up with small-town values and a deep appreciation for connection, compassion, and community. Before joining Healing HealthCare Company, she partnered on start-up projects and owned several businesses that reflected her entrepreneurial spirit and holistic passions.

A graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Journalism and Public Relations, she served on numerous committees and boards, including Delta Gamma Fraternity — an organization she continues to volunteer with today. She is known for her genuine interest in people, curiosity about the world, and belief in the power of healing environments.

Outside of work, Vaungaylyn is a devoted mother, wife, and dog mom who loves volunteering, large-scale DIY projects, weekend van-life adventures with her family, and her Friday coffee ritual with her father. Guided by her own experiences with healing and resilience, she is grateful to be part of a company that brings comfort and peace to those in need.
