Latest Story Project Video Features Twin Babies

February 1, 2016 — The latest Story Project video tells the story of Oliver and Skye, two premature infants born at Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital in Palo Alto, CA.

When twins Oliver and Skye were born prematurely at Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital, they spent months in the NICU. After six months, Oliver came home, but Skye remained hospitalized. As the doctors began the long process to withdraw the narcotics that were part of Skye’s treatment, parents Seyi and David McLelland discovered that watching The C.A.R.E. Channel helped distract and calm her. This is their C.A.R.E. Channel story.

The Story Project is a video documentary initiative launched in 2015 by Healing HealthCare Systems to collect patient stories about The C.A.R.E. Channel.  For more stories, check out the Story Project page.
