December 15, 2014 — C.A.R.E. Channel Artist Roy Scoutz is a composer, pianist, and guitarist from the San Francisco Bay Area. Roy has been transfixed by music since he was a young child, but never actually attempted to play an instrument until he was nearly a teenager.
A long stay in the hospital allowed Roy to focus on his music and create what now can be heard on The C.A.R.E. Channel.
