Client Success Specialist

Adam Carpenter is the Client Success Specialist at Healing Healthcare Systems. As part of the Client Success team, Adam is dedicated to ensuring that each client has a successful and smooth implementation. He is committed to providing a superior customer experience throughout every stage of our customer’s journey.

Before working at Healing Healthcare Systems, Adam spent several years teaching and running an after-school program in elementary schools throughout the district, and ran a volunteer program for a year at a local non-profit. During this time, he also proudly served for two years on the Zoning Advisory Committee for the Washoe County School District. In these roles he developed compassion and understanding for others who may not have all the necessary tools for success. He plans to carry this empathy over to his new role as Client Success Specialist, where he will be working to provide positive and relaxing experiences for those in an often stressful and challenging environment.

In his free time, Adam enjoys recording and performing music, which he has had the good fortune to do around the country. He also loves reading, watching documentaries, and learning about astronomy! Adam is inspired by the beautiful stories and feedback we receive from patients and clients on how C.A.R.E. Programming improved their healing environment. In his role at Healing Healthcare Systems, he is determined to understand the difficulties facing the healthcare industry and provide our clients with the most optimal solutions for their patients.
