Kindness is Contagious: Catch It!

April 4, 2014 — As a healthcare provider, rushing from patient to patient, the act of kindness is probably not the top priority. However, as a patient, often overwhelmed and anxious, kindness can be the one factor that makes or breaks his or her care experience.
