Kelly Hunt
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Kelly is a career sales and marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Healing HealthCare Systems in 2003, she was with Instant Healthline. She is an expert in patient television technologies, as well as their application as an environmental tool. The driving force for Healing HealthCare's sales efforts, Kelly is also responsible for client relations and marketing.
Haydn Bertelson
Vice President of Operations
Haydn Bertelson joined Healing HealthCare Systems in 2004. She received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, with a minor in English, from Brigham Young University, and went on to do graduate work in the field of law. She has an extensive background in business administration, customer service, and client support that includes owning a business, as well as working with clients in both the legal and investment professions. Haydn recently became a C.A.R.E. Channel Artist, contributing her original piano compositions to the music of The C.A.R.E. Channel. She takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards of customer service and commitment to our client hospitals, their patients and families.
Erinn Pignetti
Director, Client Support Services
Erinn Pignetti received a Bachelor of Arts in Art History with a minor in Museum Studies from the University of Nevada Reno. She worked for the University of Nevada Higher Education System for 15 years specializing in Interactive Video systems and has an extensive background in customer support services.
Joshua Grace
Administrative Director, Production and Technology
Joshua recently completed his studies at the University of Nevada, Reno and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources Management and Economics. Joshua comes to Healing HealthCare Systems with a background in customer service, project management, and office administration.
Julie Hester
Accounting Manager
Julie has been in the accounting field for over 14 years. Prior to joining Healing HealthCare Systems, she worked at a Certified Public Accounting firm performing year-end reconciliations and tax returns as well as full-charge bookkeeping. She is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers and has a high degree of integrity and confidentiality. A certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor, she takes pride in her work and strives for accuracy and honesty in everything she does.
James Dardis
Manager, Technical Support
James received his electronics training during his service in the United States Navy. He has worked with many aspects of electronics and closed-circuit television (CCTV), both in-house and in the field, with an emphasis on repair and technical support. James is committed to providing excellent customer service in order to keep The C.A.R.E. Channel programming running smoothly for all of our hospital patients, families, and staff.
Ryan Loetscher
Associate C.A.R.E. Channel Producer
A Central Washington University film school graduate, Ryan has found great success in his six years as a professional editor. Ryan has earned national acclaim by being awarded with several National Broadcasting Society and Telly awards, as well as two Emmy nominations. He was the youngest NBC promotions director in the country when working for Reno's affiliate, KRNV News 4. Ryan brings a tremendous standard of excellence to his work at Healing HealthCare Systems in order to deliver the highest quality C.A.R.E. programming to our hospital clients.
Leslie Jacques
Associate Director, Client Support Services
Leslie Jacques received a Masters degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Nevada, Reno. She worked in various positions for Nevada System of Higher Education for thirty years. One of her greatest accomplishments was assisting adult students in attaining their Bachelor of General Studies degree. She enjoys working with people and helping them achieve their highest potential.
